I cannot say with any certainty what this item does for diminishing the appearance of wrinkles, but I am certain that the same abrasiveness that MAY work in that area, definitely works to THIN YOUR HAIR! Had this been mentioned in any way, I would not have had this product anywhere near my pillow! Product was mentioned on Dr. Oz show but the review was limited at best. Almost $100 wasted!
